Something to think about..

Leaders are not self made.

Well  being a leader is a strange thing. I am not sure what it takes to be a leader. Some good looks and some uses power and some use dirty tricks. But do know that the leader that uses common sense  lives the longest and seems to be around for a while. In  my experience a leader must be liked, and also has some people skills. Also I see a leader must do the dirty work when push comes to shove. Think it a normal thing to the dirty work themselves in a heart beat.  I look at the leaders in my life . These people all are great people inside of their heart or hearts. They are modest , know their faults, know how to read people and get the most of them. To get people to work to their best not because people fear them, or are embarrassed by them.

I look at some of the leaders in my life guys like Kevin S, Tracy M,  are leaders that people will go to the wall for time and time again. I am full pride to say these people are my friends.
